Our Spot Payment Solution is a package for cash, cheque and draft collections consisting of four different applications, they are (1) SPCS - Spot Payment Collection System (2) SPGL - Spot Payment Gprs Listner (3) SPDE - Spot Payment Data Exposer, and (4) SPRD - Spot Payment Realtime Dashboard.

How It Works

Data from billing module of any existing CIS application is loaded to SPCS application. SPCS is a combination of real time operating system cum payment application burnt on HHC - Spot Payment Machine. Payment collector goes to consumer’s premises and feeds mode of payment i.e. cash, draft or demand draft and gives the acknowledgement generate with HHC to consumer. SPCS does the integrity check of collection limits of the payment collector. SPCS sends the data immediately via GPRS to SPGL server. SPGL is service / application running on a web server to accept data from HHC. Having being validated the data is accepted by SPGL and exposed by SPDE to various modes of collection in very next second. SPRD is real time dashboard that gives a complete spot payment system overview along with various statistics and analysis to each level of office hierarchy. The data can again be downloaded to CIS application for a final reconciliations.
