Our Spot Billing Solution is a package consisting of five different applications, they are (1) SBPS - Spot Bill Processing System (2) SBCS - Spot Bill Computing System (3) SBGL - Spot Bill Gprs Listner (4) SBDE - Spot Bill Data Exposer, and (5) SBRD - Spot Bill Realtime Dashboard.

How It Works

Data from billing & collection modules of any existing CIS application imported to SBPS application. This application validates the data with various parameters. Then it does the ledger process for each consumer and arrives the closing ledger figures. It creates input data for SBCS application. SBCS is a combination of real time operating system cum metering and billing application burnt on HHC - Spot Bill Machine. SBCS is loaded with input data, meter reader goes to consumer’s premises and feeds the meter reading and gives the bill generate with HHC to consumer. SBCS sends the data immediately via GPRS to SBGL server. SBGL is service / application running on a web server to accept data from HHC. Having being validated the data is accepted by SBGL and exposed by SBDE to various modes of collection in very next second. SBRD is real time dashboard that gives a complete spot billing system overview along with various statistics and analysis to each level of office hierarchy. The data can again be downloaded to SBPS for various types of analysis and reports. Again SBPS gives the final data in a prescribed format to CIS application for a final reconciliations.
