Our Spot Ticketing Solution is a package consisting of four different applications, they are (1) STCS - Spot Ticketing & Collection System (2) STGL - Spot Ticketing Gprs Listner (3) STDE - Spot Ticketing Data Exposer, and (4) STRD - Spot Ticketing Realtime Dashboard.
How It Works
Data from billing module of any existing CIS application is loaded to STCS application.
STCS is a combination of real time operating system cum ticketing application burnt on HHC - Spot Ticketing Machine.
Ticketing collector enter minimum information and gives the ticket generate with HHC to consumer.
STCS sends the data immediately via GPRS to STGL server. STGL is service / application running on a web server to accept data from HHC.
Having being validated the data is accepted by SPGL and exposed by STDE to various modes of collection in very next second.
SPRD is real time dashboard that gives a complete spot ticketing system overview along with various statistics and analysis to each level of office hierarchy.
The final data is download a prescribed format to CIS application for a final reconciliations.
