Our Anytime Payment Solution is a kiosk application that can accept payment by collecting cash, cheque and demand drafts against bill. It is operated by the user himself. It is configured with a unique counter number and device details.

It works in two different modes namely offline and online. In an offline mode, the kiosks database is updated with latest bill periodically and transactions are recorded locally. On the other side, in online mode, a kiosk is connected to remote server for retrieving the bill details and storing the collection details. It also stores information locally to safeguard the transaction due connectivity and other issues.

How It Works

A user initiates a payment through the kiosk’s welcome interface. By providing his service connection number he gets all details related to his latest bill. After confirming the details, he needs to select the mode of payment. It can be cash, cheque or demand draft. In cash payment mode user inserts the bank note in Cash Validator of the kiosk one by one and can see visual image of the bank note along with denominations and other details.

Alike in cheque payment mode and demand draft payment mode the details like cheque amount and date is feed by the user. Then the cheque or the demand draft is inserted by him to the Micr Reader of the kiosk. The kiosk identifies the cheque number and Micr details. A user gets the receipt of his payment.
