Our Annual Maintenance Support Services offer minor modification of a software solution to build adaptibity, to improve performance, to enhance functionality, or other attributes to an already implemented software.
This service is taken up in the multiple of 12 months of period. And it doesn't attract any major change to upgrade functionality that includes SDLC phases. But is it always open for discussion to choose service parameters based on the budget. And if the service is for the software implemented by us, it might include additional development work.
This service indcludes two approach viz. Annual Maintenance Support for Proprietary Software and Annual Maintenance Support for Third Party Software. In either case, this is to ensure correct functionalities and smooth operations by a list of activities.
