Review of Applications
Our HR and SD team review the application received. It is to ensure that the basic eligibility is seen in the resume. You may receive a call for some of the things for clarifications. No application is taken into consideration if it falls to specify JobID, ExperienceInMonth and CandidateName. Shortlisted applicants are kept in recruitment processes.
Initial Interviews
A screening interview makes the first interaction with the candidate. You may expect it to be telephonic interview, specially when the current place is not Visakhapatnam, to complete the HR round. It is followed by in-person interviews for technical round. Second interview may also be desired.
Talent Assessments
The next step in technical round is a written exam for the specified technologies the candidate is needed to work on / to be trained on. It is not same for freshers and experience holders. For freshers, it is to see whether they are fit for the training. Whereas, for experience holders no training is provided except the functional knowhow and tasks input.
Background Checks
A background check is conducted normally prior to offering a job but not restricted to. What is learned during the background check could result in the job offer being withdrawn at any stage of employment, even after the confirmation of probation. The company reserves the right to take such actions if fraudulency practices are seen with the candidate.
Reference Checks
At some point during hiring process, references may be asked who can attest to the skills and qualifications being mentioned in the curriculum vitae. For experience holders it is mandatory, and also their last three job details must be found genuine. The consideration on relevancy of experience is subject to active status of the prior companies in the corporate directory of ministry of corporate affairs.
Final Interviews
The candidates who are found satisfactory are taken into final interviews to see the possibilities in the candidate for work culture in the organization. It's a Managerial Round. And is designed to trace the candidate's non-technical profile.
Job Offer
The suitable candidate gets the offer letter to join the company. The letter will clarify terms and conditions of the employment, position, department, duties, salary details, and a list of documents to be brought while joining. During this process, candidate has to submit the required documents and sign the offer letter for the acceptance of the same. The candidate needs to report on the date specified.
Final Paperwork
The final step in the hiring process is, completing the paperwork; afterward the candidate will be on board as an employee of the company. During this, the candidate has to fill the background detail form and sign the non-disclosure agreement.
